This Coaching Terms and Conditions service agreement is made effective from the date of booking a Life coaching session with Lisa Phillips of Amazing Coaching (www.amazingcoaching.com.au or www.amazingcoaching.co.uk)
Lisa Phillips specialises in providing Life and Confidence Coaching Services and is willing to provide services to the Client based on this speciality.
PURPOSE
This document describes terms under which Amazing Coaching will provide life, empowerment and confidence coaching services to the client. The services provided by the coach to the client are coaching either in person / telephone / Zoom as designed jointly with the client
FEES AND BILLING
On booking a session, an invoice will be sent to the client 7 days prior to the session.
Payment must be made 24 hours prior to the session taking place. Payment can be made via PayPal or direct deposit.
Each Life Coaching session will last for 60 minutes. Please note that all sessions are scheduled so extra time cannot be given if a client is late for the allocated time of the coaching session.
CANCELLATION TERMS
The client and coach agree to provide each other with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if a session cannot be attended. If notice is not given by the client, the session will be charged at the Full rate. No refund will be made. For rescheduled appointments, no fee will be charged if 48 hours notice is given. Rescheduled appointments made on the same day with be charged at the full rate.
Contact Between Sessions
Please note that I am unable to answer long emails, texts between Life Coaching sessions. If you do have an urgent question, I am happy to respond as long as it takes me approx. 5 mins.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential.
LIABILITY
The client agrees not to hold the coach liable for any loss, cost or conditions incurred by you, caused either directly or indirectly relating to the coaching sessions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COACHING
Coaching, which is not therapy or counselling may address specific projects, successes or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Other coaching services may include value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions and making empowering requests.
Throughout the relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can rely on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests.
COMMON COURTESY
It is understood and agreed by both parties that common courtesies and professional etiquette will be maintained by both parties at all times. An absence of these creates difficulties in any business relationship. Future engagement may be re-appraised in the event of any lapse.
