A 5 week transformational group Life Coaching course. 1.5 hours per week. This course covers:

  • Using your emotions as your guidance
  • Dealing with negative emotions including anxiety, stress etc.
  • Childhood beliefs
  • Inner Child Therapy
  • People pleasing, confidence, self care and much much more!
  • There is also a private Facebook group with lots of help and support between each Group Life Coaching course.
