It was so nice to get out and about again being Guest Motivational Speaker for Trio Health Care Ltd in September! The organisation is a leading supplier of the world’s first silicone based ostomy care supplies which have been developed in close consultation with patients and clinicians and are available in countries around the world including England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland, France and Portugal.
During September, I worked with Trio Health Care on a new Product Launch for Senior Nurses in the UK. After a very stressful six month for our NHS Nurses, the company organised a wonderful event which included self care workshops from myself on ‘ How to Be Your Own Best Friend’ and ‘Practical Mindfulness’
Due to Coronavirus restrictions, the amount of attendees was restricted but I must say it was one of the best events I have had the pleasure to be engaged as a motivational guest speaker for. Many thanks to the team at Trio for organising such a great event.
